The first and foundation of the group; incorporated in 2017 as Creative Retail, the group has taken the strong client partnerships forged on best-in-class retail and leisure leasing and investment advice and added additional industry-specific service lines aimed at maximising value creation and addition.

Creative Developments was Founded in 2021 to provide landlord clients with dedicated and sector-specific construction project management and small to medium works packages. This includes striping out, enhanced shell creation and enabling works packages. The Development team has gone on to take on principal contractor roles on key retail and leisure projects, such as the £8m redevelopment of the former Debenhams in Lichfield to create a vibrant town-centre leisure scheme.

Creative Energy was formed in 2023 to provide dedicated Electric Vehicle Charging, Funded Renewable Solutions (such as Solar PV), Fuel from Waste and Grid-scale Battery Storage (BESS) advice to landowners and landlords who were struggling to identify the value creation in these new technologies. We advise roadside landlords, developers, waste-to-energy operators and public bodies on the very latest renewable energy solutions from inception to delivery.
